What is Life Teen?
Life Teen is an international Catholic ministry who believes that Eucharist-based ministry has the power to transform teens, transform parishes, and transform culture.
What do we do?
Provide meaningful catechesis (communication) of the Faith through a 4 year purpose driven curriculum
Build Christ centered relationships with teens, parents, adults, and connect them to the parish
Proactively engage teens on their spiritual level and share with them concrete steps to a deeper relationship with Christ
Requirements:
Students in Grades 9-12
Any school, any denomination
Life Teen Spirituality
A Movement of the Holy Spirit
We are a Eucharist-centered movement of the Holy Spirit, joyfully obedient to the Magisterium of the Roman Catholic Church and consecrated to the Blessed Virgin Mary. Jesus Christ is at the center of who we are and of all that we do.
This spirituality guides our Life Teen staff to daily Mass, communal prayer, studying Sacred Scripture, praying the Rosary, embracing the Missionary life, and living out our Core Values.
The seven Core Values, prompted by the Holy Spirit, illustrate our spirituality, ministry model and movement: Eucharistic spirituality, Love, Joy, Affirmation, Authenticity, Evangelization, and Faithfulness to Primary Vocation
